THE FUNDRAISING efforts of an animal-loving band of Moreton Morrell College students are paying off.

The degree students are determined to raise enough cash to name and train a guide dog puppy for the first year of its journey.

And they have raised over £1,500 towards their £5,000 total so far through a host of fundraising activities,

This includes a raffle, a tombola, cake sales, running children activities such as an animal trail around the animal unit, and a stall at the Moreton Morrell Lambing and Animal Weekend.
