Bellway West Midlands is set to start work on the final part of its flagship new homes development in Nuneaton.
Royal Park, located off The Long Shoot, opened to visitors six years ago and since then more than 300 homes have been built.
Now work is due to start on the final phase of 75 homes, which will eventually take the total number of homes at the development to 451.
Marie Richards, Sales Director for Bellway West Midlands, said: “Since starting work at Royal Park more than six years ago, we have consistently seen high levels of interest in the homes here.
“The Long Shoot is Nuneaton’s most sought-after address, and our development was designed with this prestige in mind. Green open space features heavily, including an outdoor gym. All of the homes on phase one and two also have a front garden, driveway and garage.
“Royal Park has great links to the road and rail network and Nuneaton’s excellent schools enhance the area’s appeal.
“We have seen a growing demand for two and three-bedroom homes in Nuneaton, so we have designed this unique phase to offer a range of smaller homes to help meet this need. We are now looking forward to welcoming visitors to the development as work progresses.”
Royal Park features one of Bellway West Midlands’ most luxurious house types as a showhome, the grand yet traditional two-storey five-bedroom Moreton. Visitors are welcomed by appointment with social distancing measures in place.
Bellway’s first phase at Royal Park extended to 126 homes. A further 250 followed in phase two, which is now nearing completion.
There is currently a range of three, four and five-bedroom homes available for sale at Royal Park, with prices from £282,995 to £533,500.
