S Club 7 announce reunion tour with Birmingham date

S Club 7 have announced a reunion tour to celebrate the band’s 25th anniversary. Bradley, Hannah, Jo, Jon, Paul, Rachel, and Tina are back together and will embark on an 11-date arena tour later this year.

Among the dates is a performance at Birmingham’s Utilita Arena on October 26. Other gigs will be in places such as Liverpool, Leeds and London.

Speaking on coming back together, the Reach for the Stars band said: “After eight years it feels amazing to announce that we’re reuniting and performing together again. We’re so excited to bring the S Club Party back to our fans across the country to celebrate 25 years of S Club 7.

“We can’t even believe it’s been so long! Music and friendship have always been at the core of everything that we’ve ever done. We hope everyone can join us for one big party!!”

The 25th anniversary tour will see fans get the chance to dance to their favourite S Club hits including Bring It All Back, Never Had a Dream Come True, Don’t Stop Movin and Reach for the Stars. In total, the band recorded four studio albums, released 11 singles and sold over 10 million albums worldwide.

The band were also involved in popular TV shows Miami 7 and L.A. 7, which became record-breaking favourites on children’s TV after over 90 million people viewed them in over 100 countries. Still to this day, L.A. 7 is the highest rating programme of all time on CBBC, the Mirror reports.
