The Integrated Care Record (ICR) has been introduced by your local NHS organisations and local authorities to improve care for everyone living in Coventry and Warwickshire.
People are now being invited to take part in an online event to find out more about the ICR and help influence its next steps.
This will be an opportunity to meet members of the team behind the ICR and find out what’s happened so far. You’ll also take part in workshops during the session to give your thoughts on future developments.

If you’d like to book a place, you can do so through the Eventbrite reservations page. The event takes place on Wednesday 7 July from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Once your place is booked, you will be sent details of how to join nearer the date.
